88. 16th Feb 2001: Ethnic Albanian extremists carried out a bomb attack on a bus convoy in which 250 Serbs were traveling for a religious ceremony in Kosovo.
89. 16th Feb 2003: The Treaty of Accession is signed in Athens admitting 10 new member states to the European Union.
