How To Balance Your Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana)?
You’ve opened your Sacral chakra (Swadhisthana), but something has fallen out of place. How can you balance the Sacral Chakra? Find out about realigning the energies that come from your Sacral Chakra. This article discusses matters of an adult nature, such as genital stimulation. Reader’s discretion is advised.
You’ve experienced the creative energy that opening your Sacral chakra brings. Perhaps you have used that energy to paint or create something you’re quite proud of. You may even rely on this energy to keep your creative juices flowing, as it were.
But then, you come across a sort of diminishing feeling, like your creativity is getting caught up somewhere and you can’t get fired up about the creation process. You find that you’re replaying the same creation you’ve used many times already, and nothing new is coming up.
Thinking back on it, you realize that after you opened your Sacral Chakra and felt that wave of energy come rushing through, you haven’t practiced any meditation for the channel to keep open.
Your Sacral chakra is out of line. Take this Chakra test to know if it is true.
While opening a chakra is important, it is equally important to continue working those chakras so that they remain open and clear. Here’s a good meditation you can use to keep your chakra in line, clean, and balanced.
Meditation For Sacral Chakra Healing
Have a bath, as you should before all meditations. It is important to have a clean body to have a clean spirit. When you dry yourself off, do not bother dressing. The Sacral chakra is a chakra of freedom from inhibitions, and this meditation makes use of that.
If you have a preferred method of creative expression, then ready it; if you do not, prepare paper and watercolor paints or colored pencils. As the Sacral chakra is the chakra that governs animal instinct, lust, and the feeling of pleasure, it is located in the genitals. Modern chakra theory says it is located in the pelvic bone, but the ancient Hindu texts place it at the clitoris or head of the penis.
With your non-dominant hand, find your Sacral chakra, and just place one finger atop it. Let it rest there for a bit, while you begin to focus on your breathing. Breathe deeply in through the nose, and then out through your open mouth. Open it wide, and let the air escape from your throat. If your voice makes a sound, so be it. Learn Yoga tips here.
Begin to manually stimulate your chakra, slowly and deliberately. At the same time, with your eyes partially closed so that they are out of focus, use your dominant hand to begin channeling the wild energy that is beginning to build up in you to the device you’ve prepared for expression.

Energy Flow
Let the energy flow through the brush, or the pencil, or the charcoal, or whatever it is, and feel it grow powerful. The object of this exercise, however, is not to bring oneself to orgasm too quickly.
In opposition, it is to make the energy that comes from your chakra flow cleanly and smoothly. Thus, if you feel yourself coming close to orgasm, slow your action down. Do not release it, but merely slow it down. You should not ever lose contact between your non-dominant hand and your chakra.
Cover your paper or your canvas with the wild lines that will come from this. When one paper is finished, move to another. Push yourself to recognize the fundamental frequency of the energy your body is being filled with. Identify it, and sense its source. Find where it springs from, and index it in your mind. This is the unbalanced place or blocked up. Let the energy that is coming from that point push and readjust and force the channel back into perfect straightness.
The Process
This process may take some time, and during the process, you may find yourself slowly losing control over your own body. That’s just what it is intended to do. You’re bringing the primal, wild, creative, animal energy into your consciousness, and it will take you over.
Once you can no longer feel the energy trying to force itself and can feel it flowing at full pressure and speed, do not stop the movement of your brush, but let the energy finally release in an orgasm.
This exercise is a good meditative technique to maintain your Sacral chakra’s balance, but do not confuse it for mere masturbation. The meditative aspect of the exercise comes from the tracing of the energy and the focus on straightening its channel. Therefore, to achieve this meditative state, you may need to try a few times.
You will feel the premature release of the energy solidify the channel into place as the energy flow ebbs back to its normal rate. Wait at least 24 hours before trying it again.
